Badenoch & Clark has been engaged by an instantly recognisable brand based in Sussex to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract basis.

Working as part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of HR strategies aligned to support achievement of key business objectives as well as proactively influencing the business to drive performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Develop and maintain trusted and effective partnerships with the Executive and Senior Leaders, challenge and influence their thinking and work closely with them to co-develop solutions to meet their current and future business needs.
*Responsible for providing support, advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on a diverse range of HR topics including; organisational design, change management, resource planning and talent management, employee relations, reward and learning and development.
*Accountable for ensuring adherence to changes in employment legislation and good practice by development and implementation of a diverse range of HR policies and processes.
*Responsible for providing ongoing coaching and support to Executive and Senior Leaders focused on improving leadership and management capability to drive performance.
*Accountable for providing leadership, management, coaching and development to the HR Advisors and HR Administrators.

The successful candidate will have/be:
*CIPD qualified or equivalent.
*Extensive senior HR experience with a proven track record of building good relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
*Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law and ability to keep abreast of legislation and impact on the business.
*Demonstrates personal gravitas, tenacity and experience in successfully influencing senior stakeholders.
*Experience of development and delivery of key HR objectives in a fast changing business.
*IT literate experience of using HRIS, Microsoft office packages, Word; Excel and Power Point.
