Senior Development Manager, New Build Residential
£60,000 - £75,000, depending on experience + competitive package

We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to project manage a range of complex regeneration and new build residential projects with a leading and innovative housing developer based in London.

The organisation continues to grow and has an active development pipeline of over 3000 units with a number of large, complex projects for delivery, including large scale joint venture partnerships.

To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated and performance driven, with the initiative to assess make decisions quickly and effectively to deliver complex schemes with excellent customer service.

We are looking for forward thinking, hard working individuals with the following experience:
* Substantial experience working within private or public sector house builders
* Proven experience of working on significant mixed tenure new build and/or regeneration development projects in the UK
* Experience in performing a lead role in the planning, consultation, and delivery of estate regeneration schemes
* Risk management of complex build contracts and development schemes
* Line management and leadership experience advantageous
