Our client, a large corporate business in Oxfordshire, wishes to appointment an experienced 'Salesforce Systems Administrator'.

Working as part of a systems and projects delivery team, you will also work closely with the company's marketing team in identifying and prioritising continuous improvement requests for the Salesforce system that require technology support, and will be responsible for managing business as usual (BAU) technology changes from inception through to delivery.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce technology and the ability to work on multiple strands of work at the the same time. It is imperative that you are certified in 'Salesforce ADM-201' as a minimum standard. ('ADM-211 Advanced Administrator' certification would be to your advantage but is not essential). Previous experience of 'Salesforce Marketing Cloud' or other marketing automation platforms will also be to your advantage.

Your daily duties will consist of;
- Providing subject matter expertise on the Salesforce Sales Cloud, in relation to system administration and 'button-click' configuration.
- Managing pipeline of BAU changes to applications, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Managing the relationship with internal IT teams for the delivery of changes.
- Understanding and analysing business systems requirements.
- Implementing system configuration changes e.g. field updates, validation rules, data sharing rules and workflow rules.
- Act as key Salesforce technology and support contact for the departments you will be supporting.
- Providing support to end-users with mass-data transfers, updates and record creation.
- Troubleshooting system issues relating to Salesforce and it's integrated systems and where appropriate, escalate these to the company Service Desk function.
- Support the implementation of change and the adoption of new working processes and tools to ensure the team works effectively.
- Co-ordinating key user activity and groups to assist in the communication between the business and technology to grow systems expertise within the business and assist with UAT for the Salesforce system.

Aside from your Salesforce technical capabilities you will need to be an excellent communicator, well organised with the ability to manage your own daily work load.
As an 'Analyst' you will have the ability to present complex information simply and accurately and elicit clear information through effective questioning techniques.

This position is to start in late Sept. The expectation is that the role will last for 6 months minimum with a possibility to extend to around 12 months duration.
