This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business looking to develop and grow their UK business by appointing a Sales Engineer.

As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for growing sales, building brand recognition and strengthening sales channels across the UK. This will involve developing relationships with existing and new customers within OEM's and Engineering firms and becoming a trusted technical expert.

Main responsibilities will include:
* Develop partnerships with major customers
* Train and manage external sales representatives and distributors
* Collect detailed technical information to support design and installation
* Work with internal engineering teams during the project cycle
* Provide accurate and timely forecasting
* Participate in local and national trade shows

You will need a sound understanding of process manufacturing and could either be operating in a sales role (internal or external) or be an engineer looking to make a move into sales.

The company pride themselves on staff development and there will be lots of opportunities to grow and potentially progress into a sales management role if desired. The role is home based and the successful candidate will ideally be located in an area that could cover the North West and/or Midlands.
