Resource Officer - Resource Business Partner(Not Internal recruitment)
Birmingham
Salary up to £40k + Excellent Benefits Package + Bonus

The HR team are looking for an experienced Resource Officer to join a leading professional services company based in the Birmingham. You will be responsible in managing resources for your stakeholders projects by moving round your candidates. As long as you can demonstrate experience business partner and supporting a variety of stakeholders, being resilient and builds relationships quickly, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

* Managing resourcing queries and support the allocation of people to meet client needs.
* Being resilient and challenging stakeholders on required resources.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting movement of their resources on projects.
* Manage all movements including leavers, engagements, secondments, and transfers, maternity.
* Planning, coordinate and implement resource management activity.
* Production of management reporting.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

The Person

* Confident and skilled communicator (both verbal and written)
* Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment
* Able to plan, prioritise, multi task and manage a significant workload effectively under pressure.
* Strong relationship management experience; ability to interact with people at all levels of the firm with the confidence to influence and negotiate.
* Portray a professional, customer oriented image of resource management.
* Flexibility and adaptability in both attitude and approach.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A resilient person who is able to challenge and support the stakeholders.
* Proactive, with a 'can do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Experience within a professional services background or corporate environment would be an advantage.
* Experienced working within a business partner role essential.
