One of my key customers is looking to recruit a temporary Repairs Manager for 3months with a possible extension

You will be responsible for:

- leading the repairs and maintenance service of a defined property portfolio to deliver a high levels of customer satisfaction and value for money

- managing a team of directly employed operatives and contractors to deliver a high standard of repairs and void works in relation to customer service, regulatory compliance and budgetary management.

- developing and reviewing relevant individual, team and departmental performance data to understand, learn and ensure the continual improvements of customer satisfaction, legal compliance and cost management performance.

- managing individual major property refurbishment works incorporating component replacements (kitchens, bathrooms, roof replacements etc..) and structural works including full budgetary and technical management.

- managing void properties refurbishment works to maximise efficiencies, deliver effective turnaround times, ensure properties are legally compliant and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in relation to product quality.

- undertaking property inspections in relation to repair and maintenance management and provide technical support to colleagues and customers in a range of property services
