Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? Do you have experience in responsive repairs?

Badenoch and Clark are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in East London, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced repairs administrator on a temporary, but on-going basis. This is a full time role for 35 hours per week.

Duties will include:
* Liaising with residents and logging repair requests.
* Booking in appointment with tenants via the telephone or letter.
* Raising orders on the system and allocating works to the contractor.
* Liaising with contractor to chase up any outstanding works.
* Liaising with staff in other departments and external contractors.
* Providing admin support to the property services department.

Ideally you will have a background in social housing repairs either having worked for a RSL or contractor carrying out the repairs and have a good understanding of housing repairs and maintenance.
