Relationships Consultant
Up to £24,000 + Bonus
Central London

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our successful and established business team as our Relationships Consultant. As work load increases and more projects are taken on we are now looking for an individual to create, build and maintain customer relationships to support a range of new and on going campaigns.

On a day to day basis this role will be busy and very varied so we are looking for a hard working, organised and proactive individual. In your role you will be personally responsible for creating and building client relationships, arranging appointments, organising interviews and meetings, providing and monitoring feedback and managing customers throughout the campaigns.

As Relationships Consultant you will be working closely with the project team and our customers so you will definitely need to be a people person! In addition, we are also looking for the following skills and experience:
* Strong communications skills; written, face to face and over the phone
* Excellent customer service experience
* Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
* Experience of scheduling and timetabling
* Excellent organisation and administrative abilities
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent work ethic

Whilst you will be bring the above skill set, you will be joining a team of 7 experienced consultants who will support your learning and development in conjunction with the more formal company wide L&D programme.
