On a day to day basis this role will be busy and very varied so we are looking for a hard working, organised and proactive individual. In your role you will be personally responsible for creating and building client relationships, arranging appointments, organising interviews and meetings, providing and monitoring feedback and managing customers throughout the campaigns.

As Relationships Consultant you will be working closely with the project team and our customers so you will definitely need to be a people person! In addition, we are also looking for the following skills and experience:
* Strong communications skills; written, face to face and over the phone
* Excellent customer service experience
* Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
* Experience of scheduling and timetabling
* Excellent organisation and administrative abilities
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent work ethic

Whilst you will be bring the above skill set, you will be joining a team of 7 experienced consultants who will support your learning and development in conjunction with the more formal company wide L&D programme. You will also benefit from a great working environment, joining a team who work hard but who like to celebrate success, including team trips and nights out, as well as enjoying larger company celebrations and events. We also have a strong CSR programme, organise health and well being groups including a weekly running club and mediation classes, offer flexible working and we are proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move on from an admin focused role to a role where they will have more responsibility and an opportunity to really establish a career for themself. Perhaps you are looking to move on from a PA type role or maybe you are keen to pursue a change in career? Whatever your interest, we'd like to hear from you so please apply with a CV and short cover letter of no more than 1 page which highlights your experience of the skills noted above.

Interviews will take place on a continuous basis as and when suitable applicants are identified so we encourage you to apply early! We look forward to hearing from you.
