Do you have previous exposure to HR or Recruitment Administration and looking to make your next progressive move? Or maybe an agency recruiter or administrator looking to make your first steps in house? I'm currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator for a role in Burgess Hill. Initially on a 12 month temporary basis, the role is highly likely to see extension or go permanent.

You'll be responsible for:
Scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and diary management.
Management of recruitment assessment centres
Support recruitment events such as career fairs
Contract management, new starter information and pre employment screening.

Ideally you'll have previous experience to HR or recruitment processes, either internally within an HR/Recruitment body of from an agency background.
NB: This is an urgent requirement, so you'll ideally be immediately available or available on short notice.
