This is an exciting role for a real estate finance senior associate/counsel (at least 5 year PQE) to join a leading UK law firm.
This firm is in the early stages of building a London finance team, and as such you will be working closely with a star partner, as you progress towards partnership yourself. The firm is on almost every major bank panel, and you will advise across refinancing, funding, equity financing, mezzanine financing, development finance, and related matters, with deals reaching into the hundreds of millions of pounds.
You will supervise more junior team members, taking a lead on major transactions. You will be encouraged to take part in business development, having significant client exposure.
The firm strongly encourages remote working and flexible working, and is very supportive of part time workers. This is a rare chance to partake in growing a new practice, with exciting work, but with a very sensible work/life balance with competitive remuneration and generous benefits.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with substantial experience (5 year+ PQE) in real estate finance law.
