Purchase Card Program Administrator

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Card Program Administrator
to join one of our largest Charity clients in a temporary assignment for initially 3 months (with every possibility of extension depending on performance).

Based in Central London, this is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Purpose of the job:

Oversee the corporate Purchase Card Program ensuring compliance in line with charity policy through the adherence with procurement principles and strategies required. To continually review and improve processes to drive through efficiencies and optimizing cost savings.

Key job accountabilities:

To monitor spend in line with internal and external legislation.

Identifying, sourcing and saving opportunities to be applied across regions.

Maintaining the complete Purchase Card administration process, including defining metrics and exception and compliance reporting, track and analyse Purchase Card program statistics, identify trends and make recommendation for program enhancements.

Ensuring systems and processes are in place to enable users training for Purchase Card use and related E-learning training.

Championing and promoting the organisation's 'How to Buy' guide and using analysis to flag expenditure that appears out of line with this, contracting relevant parties to redirect expenditure appropriately and ensure they understand guidelines.

Working in partnership with procurement and Accounts Payable and other internal departments and members of the Finance team, to monitor the set-up of new suppliers, identifying the top Vendors/Suppliers.
