This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to play a pivotal role in setting up our new centralised procurement team, during a significant period of change. You will be involved from the beginning and have the opportunity to really make a difference to our business and customers.
As the successful candidate, you will have a proactive approach, be passionate about procurement and have the ability to influence others and promote a culture of procurement best practice.

It is essential that you are MCIPS qualified, have previous experience working in public sector procurement managing the end-to-end tendering process, and be knowledgeable on EU procurement directives, Scottish legislation and Public Contract Regulations.
