Badenoch & Clark is delighted to be working with our client, one of the most diverse and highly regarded not-for profit organisations in Glasgow, to source a Personal Assistant to work within the busy Glasgow city centre office on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will provide seamless PA support to members of the executive team. Duties will include dealing with correspondence; diary management; minute taking; preparing papers for meetings; invoices/expenses; tender submissions; collation of monthly/quarterly statistics and preparation of reports.

You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people professionally and confidentially at all levels; including internal and external customers. You will need to be a team player; possess an excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; have proficient keyboard skills and an eye for detail.
