Badenoch and Clark are recruiting for a global organisation for a payroll manager to join the business who are based in Birmingham.

Your team will consist of a payroll team leader and payroll administrators.

Your main duties will be to:

Ensure payroll is accurately processes on a timely manor.
Support the payroll team
Bring new ideas and implement new systems to the payroll department to help the current process run quicker and more smoothly
Liaise and build relationships across the business and stakeholders.
Conduct 1-1's and monitor the overall teams performance.

To be successful with this application you must have:

Managerial experience within a payroll department
Strong payroll experience
CIPP Qualified is desirable however isn't essential
Excellent people management skills
Experience with end to end payroll, manual calculations, RTI and pensions
Involvement with previous projects/system implementations
