Small Payroll team provides an accurate and efficient service processing the payroll for circa 1700 employees which will increase to over 2000 for January's payroll. Looking for someone to support with administration and other activities that contribute to the effective running of the Payroll function.

Need someone who is technically proficient with a good working knowledge of all payroll related legislation and regulations. Bags of initiative is very important, and excellent in data accuracy & integrity.

A genuine interest in fully understanding the processes being performed and their purpose. Experience of Irish and/or US payrolls also an advantage.

Experience of internal payroll rather than clients payroll is ideal



REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working within a busy payroll department (Essential)

Ability to manually calculate PAYE, NIC and Statutory Payments (Essential)

Experience of Pension Auto Enrolment/workplace pension reform regulations (Essential)

Experience of identifying and questioning data anomalies (Essential)

Experience of Retail, Food & Beverage and/or Manufacturing payrolls preferred (Desirable)

Previous ADP Freedom experience (Desirable)

Payroll Administration/Technician qualification (Desirable)
