Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Birmingham
Salary up to £27k

Badenoch & Clark are working with a leading private sector business based in Birmingham. They are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join their team. You will support the Learning and Development team in the coordination and successful delivery of learning and development programmes and initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities:

*Work with managers to identify training needs across the business
*Assist the management team in implementing a full L&D learning cycle
*Manage the business learning program and build solid relationships with Graduates, Trainers, etc
*Co-ordinate the on-boarding of new starters
*Plan and co-ordinate training plans for the business
*Assist with the review and development of internal systems, learning plans and methodologies
*Work on special projects as defined by your manager

What skills we are looking for:

*Experience of being in a similar professional co-ordinating role
*A good understanding of the L&D function
*Experienced in using HR systems
*Working towards CIDP qualification or hold a certificate in Learning & Development practice
*Proven ability to communicate across all levels
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
