Do you have an analytical approach to Training & Development? I'm looking for an L&D Analyst for a 9-12 month contract in Camberley, Surrey - Up to £250 P/D.

Working for a leading international financial services organisation, you'll sit as a key part of their HR team supporting their L&D Training processes. It offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced, commercially focused, global, collaborative team who are committed to delivering control and change initiatives that demonstrate high business impact.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring of regulatory training to ensure all employees are up to date and compliant.
Working closely with the EMEA Regulatory Learning team to ensure training programmes are supplied necessary.
Liasing with regional business leaders and senior manager to ensure training dates work alongside business timeframe & objectives.
Production of analytics to HR Leadership on training pass rates, up-take and performance.
Working with Business Manages and senior leaders to understand required standard levels of regulatory training for different business units.

To be suitable:

Ideally you will have experience as part of a large corporate and understand working within a matrixed organisation. You'll be customer focused with experience of working with a large number of employees (Thousands, rather than Hundreds!)

A background in a regulated organisation isn't essential, but an awareness of regulatory compliance training would be beneficial.

This role is less around design, development and delivery of training and more about the analytical insight into training and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience of managing multiple project from inception through to completion.
