Badenoch & Clark are currently supporting a noteworthy public sector client in their recruitment of a Project Manager / High-Level Project Support Officer for an initial three month contract, with good chances of extension. The rate of pay on offer with be between £200-£270 per day, dependent on skills and experience.

Our client is looking to add to their existing IT Projects Team due to an influx of current projects. These range across IT Systems, Business Intelligence and Infrastructure based projects and are mostly up-and-running and need additional support to track progress and milestone as the projects progress. Therefore the successful Project Manager will be assigned a number of projects and will be asked to keep track of them effectively, support with PIDs, regularly communicate and chase key stakeholders for milestone updates and maintain all required project documentation in a Prince2 environment.

In order to be considered, candidates will need to be able to evidence their ability to manage and maintain the smooth running of a number of IT projects concurrently, across a range of service areas and IT disciplines. You will need to be autonomous, proactive and an excellent communicator of technical requirements, both verbally and in documentation.
