Badenoch & Clark are currently working exclusively with their large client within the 3rd Sector to source an IT Customer Service Support Officer on an interim basis.

This role is for 18.5 hours a week and will be joining a busy IT Service Desk for a period of between 3-6 months initially.

The key duties of the role are:

* to respond to and deal with incidents or requests generated from the business, relating to ICT users.
* to offer a first line support to include, but is not limited to, software, hardware, faults, moves, additions, changes and deletions to the ICT services we provide to the users in accordance with the ICT policies and procedures.
* to ensure that all incidents and requests are logged and regularly updated and that customer expectations are managed at all times.
* to escalate exceptions and issues to the IT Customer Support Supervisor, specialist support employees or external contractors as directed by policy and procedure.
