We are now recruiting for a leading manufacturing business based near Tuffley, Gloucester who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on an interim basis of 3 - 6 months.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate purchase ledgers for the business' subsidiaries, supplier payments and resolving accounts enquiries. You will work within Sage 50 so experience with this Finance ERP is desirable. Your tasks will include:

* Registering purchase invoices
* Submitting invoices for approval
* Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
* Preparing payment proposals
* Other adhoc admin tasks

requirements for this role include:
* Immediately available
* Previous purchase ledger experience
* Working knowledge of Sage 50, plus Sage 500 would be advantageous
* Accurate transaction processing and attention to detail
