* Programme Manage the implementation of significant insurance change programmes.
* Planning and designing business change approach resulting from IT projects, proactively monitoring overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
* Defining the programme's business involvement and governance arrangements.
* Quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme; and outwardly on its coherence with global IT strategy and business strategy and goals.
* To reduce the impact of major IT programmes of change on the business by working with the business to define suitable training strategies.
* Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements.
* Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome specifically in respect of business adoption of the IT project.
* Understanding insurance and the affected business processes in order to assist the business with choices presented by the planned change.


Specific Requirements:

* Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
* Prince 2 Qualification.
* Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
* Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme; and the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
* Proven track record of delivery in policy management, claims management and or fiduciary systems and processes.
* Strong Presentations / communication delivery at both a senior and junior level.
