Badenoch & Clark's NHS client in Greater Manchester requires additional Information Analysts and Information Officers to join their existing team on an interim basis over the next 3-6 months. Rates are negotiable depending on the level of your skills and experience, but are likely to range from £15 per hour to £25 per hour, and the contracts are to start as soon as possible, so can be immediate for immediately available candidates.

Successful candidates will be placed within a busy and successful team whose information analysis and reporting is pivotal to the organisation's effective decision making and performance capability. You will be extracting, manipulating and analysing data from both Excel and SQL Server databases, with the data you are performance reporting on covering a range of key healthcare performance metrics.

The available roles that you could apply for depending on your level of skill can range from the re-running of routine reports and new data entry, up to running scripts and extracting data within SQL Server and manipulating data in Excel with VBA and accessing SSAS cubes through Excel at the higher skilled end of the spectrum.

In order to be considered, candidates must be able to demonstrate skills and capability in the extraction and analysis of data in either Excel and/or SQL Server. You must have a passion for the provision of timely and high quality information reporting across both routine and ad-hoc reporting requests. Experience of working within the NHS previously would be advantageous, but is not essential.
