£20,000 - £25,000

Do you have exposure to HR, Payroll and Administration? I have an opportunity to join an exciting brand on the South Coast. Ideally looking to recruit on a permanent basis, they will also look at temporary / temp-to-perm profiles.

Working as part of the HR Team, you will have a range of responsibilities including:

Manage payroll related spreadsheets and processes
Administration behind the monthly UK Payroll.
Administration of employee benefits and pension auto enrolment.
First line queries about payroll policies, processes and pay queries.
Processing adjustments for Maternity, Paternity and Parental leave.
Responsibility for all HR & Payroll processes related to starters and leavers.
Production of Data Reports and MI on key HR metrics such as turnover, sickness & absence.

Previously exposure to payroll processes is key, ideally from within an HR environment. Working knowledge of people processes and HR best practice is beneficial with experience or working with HR Systems. High attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and an analytic mindset is also key!

This role is available on a temporary or permanent basis, but you will ideally be immediately available / available to start in the next 1-3 weeks.
