Badenoch & Clark are working for a well respected Art Gallery in central London. We are working with them to resource an HR Operations Manager to be responsible for leading the Human Resources administrative team to deliver a high quality, customer-focused HR resourcing and operational service including recruitment and selection, contract administration, payroll, pensions administration, budget monitoring, production and communication of HR policies and procedures and general departmental administration.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a generalist operational Human Resources role with specific experience in delivering operational HR services including payroll and recruitment. This is a really exciting time to be joining this organisation as it is moving into a new stage of focussing on audiences and making people the priority.

My client is looking for someone on a 1 year FTC basis and this person would need to have managed staff and have experience of checking payroll input and managing recruitment processes.
