5 Month FTC (Poss Perm)

Do you have a strong background in operational HR? Are you immediately available, finishing a contract or going through redundancy? I'm currently looking for an HR Officer for a 5 Month FTC in Redhill with scope to go permanent

You will be responsible for a full generalist HR service with responsibilities including:

* Supporting people processes as part of the HR team.
* Providing first line contact to business managers on queries, policies and HR People processes.
* Delivering on key HR projects and working on a number of key change programmes.
* Supporting the business through on-going change programmes including contract changes, harmonisation, restructuring and TUPE.

Considering the contract nature of this role, you will ideally be immediately available or available shortly with a strong operational HR Background.
CIPD level 5 would be beneficial, but isn't essential. What is key here is a strong understand of HR Policies, procedures with exposure to an HR environment previously.
