Offer HR advice, guidance and support to management and staff in line with company policy and employment legislation, across the UK network of Offices.

Assist with HR Systems integration & change management initiatives.

Assist in periods of integration with TUPE and employee relations.

HR support to the Managers, to assist in the management of their staff and achievement of their objectives.

Assist UK HR Manager in driving through HR related business initiatives and/or improvements.

Assist in identifying / evaluating development needs within the business. Assist the Managers in the development of departmental development plans to improve skills & knowledge.

Assist with the implementation / monitoring of company HR procedures and compliance.

Co-ordination of the Apprenticeship Scheme across the business.

Responsible for ensuring relevant candidates are supplied to Recruiting Managers to fill outstanding vacancies.

Use HR experience to help to resolve issues in the shortest timescales and to the minimum cost.

General HR administration duties and maintenance of personnel records.
