Do you have experience in HR Administration and looking to make your next move? I'm working with a prestigious professional services organisation in the heart of Crawley to recruit an HR Administrator.

You'll be responsible for full administrative support to the HR function including:

Management of employee files
Tracking probationary reviews
Creating HR Documents, Letters and Correspondence
New Starter information & contract management.
First line contact on HR Queries
Tracking employee training administration
Coordinator of training including booking rooms and organisation of training material

To be suitable you'll have a strong administrative background, ideally in an HR body within a commercial environment. Strong communication skills are essential (Verbal & Written) and you'll be highly computer literate. CIPD Qualification would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
