My client, a FTSE 100 company based in West London, is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner within their HR team. The focus of the role will be to be responsible for delivering high quality HR activities and partner with senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for partnering with global, regional and local business functions.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Drive standardisation and improvement across the business.
- Lead and promote global leadership, learning and coaching programmes.
- Designing new initiatives.
- Lead the annual HR planning process.
- Lead on resolving high risk issues and implement strategies.

Experience required:

- Have a depth of experience in a number of HR fields of specialism - ER, IR, Compensation and Benefits, talent management, organisational development or design.
- Understanding HR risk.
- Managing complex issues.
- Experience of implementing HR models.
- Proven experience in multi country change and business change HR programmes.
