We are working with a developing Housing Association in London to source them an experienced HR Business Partner (Generalist) to work with the Head of People and be part of a team of HR experts providing specialist services in their roles.
The HR Business Partner will:-
*Collaboratively work and partner with the business to proactively identify and solve issues
*Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
*Work closely with leaders, managers and unions to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
*Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
*Provide formal and informal coaching to stakeholders at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
*Manage the people impact of organisational change projects aligned to the business
This is a really exciting time for this particular housing association and they are looking for the successful candidate to be the lead person on all employee relations, operations and systems matters, across the organisation using internal and external insight to provide outstanding customer service to their leaders, people managers and their people.

The HR Business Partner will also work closely with the Head of People in bringing evidence-based practice into the organisation including role modelling great personal and team leadership as well as lead and manage two HR Advisors.

*A CIPD qualification at Level 7 or equivalent
*Demonstrable experience of Human Resources Business partnering
*Proven track record of managing organisational change and developing and implementing policies and procedures
*Ability to build relationships and influence leaders to bring about change
*Substantial experience of employee relations and case management
This is a demanding role therefore resilience and the ability to work under pressure is key.
