HR Analytics Officer

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for an HR Analytics Officer to join one of our largest Local Authority clients in a temporary assignment for initially 3 months (with every possibility of extension depending on performance).

Based in East London this is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Key accountabilities:

Working to the HR Analytics Manager, the post is responsible for developing, producing and reviewing accurate HR management information reports across the Council and to external customers.

As an integral part of this team, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability of applying analytical techniques, including use of necessary packages and software, to produce accurate, informed insight and knowledge.

To design, maintain, deliver and be responsible for workforce reports and workforce analysis to aid strategic understanding and decision making processes and support the progress of the HR Management Information Strategy. To include responsibility for delivering:

*Required internal regular and ad-hoc reports
*Statutory workforce reporting requirements to timescale including to external partners, agencies and customers

To be responsible for the implementation and utilisation of Business Intelligence solutions, providing system training to system users where necessary.

To be responsible for the review and manipulation of data to transform reporting; providing in-depth analytical data to the organisation.

To undertake a wide range of research, monitoring and organisational tasks to support the HR Workforce Analytics Team to meet its targets and objectives and support the progress of the HR Management Information Strategy.

To work in partnership with colleagues across the Council and support business critical services such as pay and contracts in ensuring effective and optimum service delivery.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, a solution orientated attitude and the ability to apply innovative techniques to illustrate complex data sets.
