Are you all about HR Data, Analytics and Reporting? Improving people process with trend analysis and well managed data? I'm working on a newly created role for an HR Analyst on the South Coast.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be the overarching specialist of all things analytical in HR including:
Building a suite of HR Reports & MI
Use data to identify people trends and understand behaviours.
Working with the HR Leadership team to implement new people processes
Managing people data on sickness, absence, turnover, recruitment & Pay.
Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes across the business

To be suitable, you'll have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to think commercially and to turn raw data into useful information. You'll be highly computer literate with strong skills in excel and reporting.
You'll also be forward thinking and open to suggesting new ways of working and with experience of using HR Data and metrics to bring about new people policies and improve processes.
