Are you an HR Generalist looking for a flexible work pattern with a company that has a fantastic workplace culture? A truly proactive role where you'll be responsible for managing your own time and making HR a strong, value add people focused function?

I have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor in Mid-Sussex. Easily commutable (Driving or Public Transport) from Brighton, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Gatwick, Crawley, Horsham or other surrounding areas.

This is a full generalist role supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle including:

Recruitment & Resourcing
Employee Relations
HR & People change programmes
Oversight and updating HR Policies & Procedures
Employee Engagement and retention projects.

The suitable person will come from a strong generalist background and have a positive, can do attitude. You'll be comfortable working autonomously to achieve HR Team objectives and with a track record of delivery.
