Working for a great charity, you will play an important role in supporting the HR team to deliver a high quality and professional HR service to staff and managers across the organisation.

You will be customer focused and knowledgeable in all HR areas, providing impartial advice and challenging existing people management practices across the organisation to consistently improve. You will contribute to HR strategy through policy development and taking the lead on specific HR areas.

Working closely with the HR Business Partner you will deal with a high volume workload including ER, Recruitment, reward and change management. It would also be desirable if you have experience of working in the social care sector.

You will also need to have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity. You must also have a CIPD qualification.
