HR Advisor
Based in Birmingham
Paying up to £35k
4 month FTC
Construction, Engineering or logistics experience

Our market leading client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Cannock. Your role will involve employee relations, generalist HR, case work and projects.

The role:

* Work in association with internal customers and other service providers to deliver timely and efficient HR services
* Work independently with managers to provide a high-level advice on all HR services and employee relations matters
* Assist with policy development and undertake research to ensure HR policies, procedures and processes reflect best practice
* Monitor identified HR processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement
* Actively maintain a high level of internal communication with internal customers so that they have a full understanding and dedication to HR processes and policies
* Assist in the development of plans to ensure that HR processes are effectively implemented and services delivered in line with objectives

What we are looking for?
