HR Administrator - Part Time

£20,000 - £22,000 (FTE)

Do you need a flexible work pattern? I'm currently working with a fantastic business in the heart of Brighton looking for a Part-time HR Administrator to join the team. The role will be over 26 Hours, but they're really accommodating around what the shift pattern could look like.

You'll have a broad remit including:

Preparing and issues job offer letters, confirming start dates, managing contracts and the creation of new starter packs.
Management of employee information on the HR database
Supporting managers and employees with questions around People processes, recruitment and Payroll
Process requests on maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Supporting ER and disciplinary meetings with minute taking and note preparation.

To be suitable, you'll need to be a true relationship builder, passionate about people and able to prioritise a high-volume workload. You'll be competent in using the full MS Office suite, with excellent attention to details. CIPD qualification would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
