A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Housing/Sales Administrator to join one of Badenoch and Clark's largest Housing Association clients, based in South London.

Working within the Sales and Marketing team, the successful candidate will be required to:

* Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis.
* Be the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, providing property information and passing on leads to the sales offices.
* Effectively manage the sales inbox and ensure that all emails are responded to within set timeframes.
* Generate web copy and utilise web portals and other forms of advertising to generate leads.
* Communicate promptly and pro-actively with customers.
* Support the sales team in organising viewings, open days and sales events.
* Provide administrative support in terms of arranging meetings, producing marketing material etc.

The role is for 36 hours per week, for a fortnight initially but may well get extended should the successful candidate perform well.
