Our client, an iconic business based in the Leicestershire area are seeking a FP&A Supervisor to join the team. The purpose of the role is the supervision of Reporting Accountants supplying timely, accurate and credible management information. This includes the compilation of monthly accounts for designated business entities and maintenance of key financial processes to ensure reporting accuracy aligned with prevailing business needs.

Responsibilities Include:

*Supervise and coordinate a team of Reporting Accountants for designated companies to produce management information on a monthly basis.
*Ensure stakeholders in relevant companies and/or countries are sufficiently supported by the Management Reporting Team.
*Coordinate activities to ensure integrity of Reporting Accountant's output.
*Liaise with other Finance and Business functions to ensure availability of credible information in a timely fashion.
*Support the process to reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts as produced by the Management Reporting Accountants and coordinate subsequent investigations accordingly.
*Identify, test, implement and document improvements and enhancements to existing processes
*Support the development of an internal control framework to ensure data accuracy and integrity
*Act as first level of line management for Reporting Accountants and Trainee Management Accountant.
*Embrace changes in Accounting Information Systems to enhance Management Accounting Reporting Processes and the Management Accounting Reporting Control environment.
*Through stakeholder liaison and internal networks monitor, analyse and report internal (overhead) spend to reduce frivolous expenditure.

The ideal candidate will posses the following:

*ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW Qualified Accountant or equivalent
*An eye for detail, commercially minded and passionate about adding value
*Advanced Excel
*Oracle experience would be an advantage.
*Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint

£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
