Process Improvement Accountant
Contract, up to 9 months

Badenoch & Clark is working with one of Scotland's most critical and high-profile public sector organisations to deliver a key appointment within the Finance function. This role will deliver a number of strategic business change and tactical projects that in turn support the wider organisation.

We are looking for an accountancy professional with process improvement experience to support delivery of the Finance Departments transactional finance transformation projects.

In this role, you will work with the financial accounting team to learn and understand the current finance processes, and identify process improvements, ensuring accurate financial control.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting the improvement of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and will ideally have experience working with cash and banking.

The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or hold an HND or equivalent qualification in a finance related subject. With a proven track record of financial process improvement within a large scale organisation, you will use your skills and knowledge to drive change in a demanding environment.
