A Leading IM/AM firm based in central London I seeking a Finance Business Partner to join it organisation. This is a role will actively support and challenge the business across all aspects of financial performance and provide insight and analysis to support new initiatives as well as operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibility:
* Preparation of the Group's monthly performance reports for Management and Board reporting
* Production of monthly management information packs for the respective business area
* On-going development of financial management information to best cater for the evolving business requirements
* Preparation of the annual budgeting cycle and re-forecasting process (bottom-up and top-down)
* Supporting the business in delivery of its objectives and improvement in financial performance
* Assisting with the assimilation of financial information required for quarterly, half yearly and annual results reporting to the market
* Collaborating with other areas within the Finance department to enhance the delivery of information and promote team work
* Identifying, recommending and implementing improvements in working practices and process efficiencies
* Taking a key role in the Group's strategic roadmap and implementation
* Support the business in evaluating investment and business opportunities and process improvements

Qualifications
* Asset management experience would be advantageous
* Fully Qualified Accountant CIMA / ACCA / ACA 2-3 years PQE
* Ability to understand the business and communicate the wider financial impact of business decision making to senior executives and governance committees,
* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness including demonstrable experience in business partnering,
* Strong stakeholder management and inter-personal skills at all levels
* Proactive approach with the ability to challenge the status quo and to contribute towards delivery of the business strategic plan.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
