Baden och & Clark are working with our public sector client on an interim opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their Housing & Inclusion Team.

The role is based in Omsk, West Lancashire and you may be asked to travel to a different site if needed. This is a full time role, 36 hours per week, with flexible working hours offered. You will report directly to the Group Accountant.

Your duties will involve:

1. To assist in preparing leaseholder service charges, including maintenance of records and ensuring accurate invoicing in line with required timescales

2. To collate responses to internal and external queries about leasehold properties

3. Input corrections and adjustments to rent accounts in the Housing Management System

4. Check gas and electricity supplier invoices, including former tenant/long term void invoices. Checking for accuracy, ensuring meter readings are correct and resolving disputes directly with the suppliers.

The hourly rate is £9.00 per hour PA YE or £11.34 per hour via an umbrella company.

You will need:

- Experience of working in a financial environment
- Full driving license and your own transport
- Case's in Maths and English
