Administrator for apprenticeship programmes

Our client specialises in providing accountancy & finance training and are also an apprenticeship provider. They have an opportunity for a motivated, organised individual to join their growing apprenticeship team.


Roles and responsibilities of this role include:

Undertaking sign ups of new apprentices to their apprenticeship programmes, ensuring that all data complies with SFA and our clients requirements

Assisting with the preparation of the Quality Improvement Plan and Self-Assessment Review. Maintenance and review of the QIP will also be a key part of this role, along with liaising with the apprenticeship & tutor team to discuss implementation.

Management and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, including preparing management information to demonstrate these.

Helping clients with their apprenticeship recruitment needs, including posting job adverts to our website and the National Apprenticeship Website. You will also need to help screen candidates and arrange interviews with clients.

Organising the accountancy academy to provide people with an opportunity to find out more, and get into, the finance sector and an accountancy apprenticeship
Building relationships with local schools to help their students get an insight into the accountancy/finance sector and apprenticeships within that sector.

Attending and assisting with apprenticeship marketing events

Assisting with the preparation of tenders for potential new clients

Working with the finance team to reconcile the funding received for apprenticeships to the sign up information. This includes helping to forecast future growth in apprenticeships.

Enrolling students onto their End Point Assessments and organising their gateway reviews.


Necessary skills & experiences:

You must be highly organised with good attention to detail and have a strong ability in managing your task list and work load

Experience in a school/training provider environment, in particular with OFSTED requirements and QIP/SAR preparation is desirable

Prior background of working in finance training desirable but not essential
