*Preparation of cash and stock reconciliations and analysis of bank accounts ensuring compliance with client money regulations.

*Investigation of unreconciled items ensuring timely resolution and keeping un-reconciled items within SLA and customer expectations.

*Analyse and document potential processing issues in order to ensure that the Operations Support Team and Change Team can design and implement high quality solutions to failed processes and make high quality changes to the various pension administration platforms.

*Preparation and posting of accounting adjustments to ensure that ledger accounts are complete and accurate in relation to client accounts and fee accounting.

*Acting on requests for and preparing payments via Barclays Business Master and RBS Bankline.

*Develop and maintain high quality MI in relation to Operations and Transaction Processing.

*Daily and Month End tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

*Communicate effectively across the team, operations, change and IT functions, co-ordinating accounting change requests and changes to processes and controls as necessary.

*Assist with preparation for the implementation of new clients from set up, testing, up to and following 'go live' date.

*Ensure procedures documents are up to date, clear and accurate.
