The main duties of the role include -

*Process instructions and liaising with internal and external support teams.

*Placing client instructions manually into the Portfolio Management System.

*Investigation and resolution of pre and post settlement issues, liaising with custodian where applicable.

*Assisting to ensure that all inbound queries are investigated / resolved in a timely manner.

*Supporting the development and testing of the IT systems

*Investigate and resolve cash and stock reconciliation breaks

*Completing Income Processing

*Data Collation and MI Reporting

*Downloading of daily reports and instructing finance on payments required

*Providing occasional assistance within the Operations Admin and Support Teams as and when required
