We are working with a leading housing organisation based in North London to resource an Employee Relations and Change Manager to cover maternity leave until March 2020.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Hold an overview of live ER casework
* Provide expert advice, challenge and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on complex employee relations cases
* Lead on substantial and complex organisational changes and associated projects as required
* Analyse data and identify trends, root causes or future business needs and proactively highlight these to the business
* Develop policies, strategies and tools/training to support managers and others in their people management activities

To succeed in the role you will:-

* Be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
* Comprehensive knowledge of leading on complex ER cases within a diverse organisation
* Strong knowledge of employment law and case law
* Strong analysis and decision-making skills accompanied with a flexible, pragmatic approach.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* Experience inputting and understanding HR Systems
* Experience of developing and implementing organisational wide strategies and initiatives
* A coaching style
* Immediately available to start at the end of January 2019
