You will take on a varied and challenging role and will use your existing EMEA payroll experience to take responsibility for ensuring smooth execution of all aspects of my client's EMEA payroll cycle, including:

*Tax, benefits and wage attachments.
* Employee Payment Corrections.
*Employee Proration Pay Calculation.
*Employee Retro Deductions.
*Pay cycle Pre-processing Control Audits.
*Working within Payroll and cross-functional internal business partners (Finance and HR) to resolve Tier 1 employee payroll matters and to execute the Time to Pay process flawlessly.
*Identifying and presenting solutions for continuous payroll process improvement.
