Badenoch & Clark is seeking an experienced senior Digital Product Manager to join our well known client in Gloucestershire. You will work as an integral part of a digital transformation team with a core focus on the redevelopment of an external facing, web based system that supports the core business.

This position will involve working with the senior management team on a daily basis(reports into the Digital Portfolio Director) and senior business stakeholders/users across the business (cross functional).

Core deliverables will include;
- Working with stakeholders to define systems requirements;
- Writing good quality user stories and managing the backlog of requirements priorities for the development team;
- On a more senior, behaviours driven level you will be expected to manage stakeholder expectations, make decisions which may prove to be unpopular at times and still demonstrate a collaborative working style to keep stakeholders engaged with the project and end goal.

Broad and deep technology exposure is expected for this position, with a leaning towards web, digital and/or applications development experience by career background. The post does not require hands on technical or coding skills but confidence in working with developers (team of 5) and understanding recognised development process methods will be important.

An understanding of Agile techniques and being able to demonstrate that you have worked within Agile environments will be important in securing this role.

Our client is keen for the role to start ASAP, ideally during October with some flexibility as needed. The initial duration will be 6 months with a strong chance of extension.
