£50,534 + £1,800 car allowance
Permanent (36 Hours per week)

Badenoch and Clark's notable client who are one of the largest housing providers in the UK are looking for a Development Project Manager (New Business) to be their development lead in the West Midlands office.

This role will involve sourcing new residential development opportunities in the West Midlands.

You will:
-Identify sites for potential development
- Work closely with planning teams to assess suitability for development and the likelihood of achieving permission for a variety of developments.
-Monitor market trends and potential risk on sales exposure.
-Appraising a site to establish land value and to realise the development potential of a plot of land.
-Make offers and negotiating contract terms with landowners, agents, contractors and key stakeholders.
-Undertaking research, collating all information to produce reports for board approvals.
-Managing budgets and programmes to ensure targets are met.
