An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Support Manager to join one of Badenoch and Clark's most improved Housing Association clients in a temporary role for the next three months. The aim of this role is to ensure all new homes meet the group's quality standards.

Based in South-West London, this is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The candidate needs to be customer focused, and will be expected to spend approximately 50% of their time in the office chasing defects with builders, organising repair appointments and updating residents. The other 50% of their time will be inspecting reported issues on site and deciding whether there are defects for builders to attend to under the terms of the warranty.

Providing excellent customer service to the customer, as well as developing and maintaining professional working relationships with Developers, House Builders and Contractors are all key aspects of the post.

Key competencies of the role include:
* Strong understanding of various forms of building construction, their components and common faults as reported by customers.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations and common problems associated with them.
* Experience in identifying defects at pre-handover site visits.

Candidates will ideally possess relevant experience of working for a Housing Association or House Builder (preferably in a customer facing role), but are open to applications from all backgrounds.
