This leading leisure company, based in Crawley are looking to recruit an experienced CRO specialist. The Conversion Specialist is a new role to lead on defining how the company improve user experience across the estate to ensure they are always striving for continuous improvements. The role will also be involved in the optimisation of all digital creative to ensure the company always hit the spot with our customer communications.

The Conversion Specialist will help us to bring our conversion optimisation strategy to the next level. As CRO specialist you will help to build and manage the conversion optimisation strategy and coordinate tests to drive the new depositing customers and additional revenue, engagement and customer satisfaction.
You will be working both with setting up current optimisation initiatives and more forward-looking conversion strategies and hypothesis development.

The role

*Working with ecommerce team and digital design to ensure acquisition assets for the digital channels, mainly PPC, Pre-paid Media and affiliates are continuously optimised in order to increase conversion metrics and revenue.
*Managing full suite of AB and MVT tests for acquisition and the join journey - collating requirements, prioritising and communicating results to the wider business teams.
*Overseeing the user journeys per channel and market- proactively and continuously identify where improvements can be made and follow these through to implementation.
*Optimise the payment experience for maximum conversion, working internally with product teams and also externally with vendors to ensure maximum checkout conversion and transaction acceptance

The candidate

*You will have a strategic & analytic mindset and preferably you are comfortable using Big Query for data extraction to build your own insights for underlying the test hypothesizes
*You are very familiar with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager and you can deliver "ready to implement" code to developers
*You master A/B test principles and methodologies
*You are a business-oriented person with a passion for coding
*You have profound front-end skills required to run tests without the need to involve the product teams: JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
*You are organized and know how to keep things moving forward
