Credit & Admin Team Supervisor

Basic Function and Scope of the Position:

Lead the credit and admin team. Overseeing the master data, cash application and invoice distribution functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Credit & Admin Team

Lead the Cash Application Function, ensuring all cash is posted to the customer accounts on a daily basis, all unallocated cash is reviewed, remittances are chased and the Collection team are kept up to date.

Lead the invoicing function, ensuring all invoices are sent via email, post or uploaded to relevant portals. Also ensuring reconciliations are carried out on a daily basis.

Ensure the Hold report is run and distributed on a daily basis.

Review and approve customer credit applications, ensuring thorough credit reviews are carried out and documented.

Regularly review customer credit limits

Oversee the master data amendments - amending bill-to's, output changes etc

Providing information for the quarterly and adhoc SOX reviews

Carry out monthly AR control account reconciliations via Blackline

Oversee and collate information for audits

Introduce Process improvements

Be actively involved or lead all projects related to AR

Work with the master data team to put together a plan to clean up the master data, ensuring linkages are correct

Produce monthly metrics/KPI reporting for the AR team

Any other adhoc credit and admin tasks

Ability to develop a good relationship with Customers and internal stakeholders

Flexible approach to work and be comfortable working as part of a small team supporting other areas of the business

Preferred Educational Background:

College degree preferred.

Preferred Experiential Background:

3 + years relevant experience.

Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) preferred.

Experience with Blackline preferred

Experience with Get Paid preferred

Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
